This calendar watch keeps its complexity at bay in a clean, uncluttered display that indicates the date, day, week and month. It offers a 10-day reserve and a curved indicator by the 3 o’clock of the watch lets you keep tabs on the power. Rolex 50th Anniversary Sea-Dweller
One of the Rolex’s most iconic timepieces since its inception, this new Sea-Dweller boasts a new 43mm case along with Cyclops lens on the crystal at 3 o’clock. Further equipped with a black Cerachrom bezel insert in a virtually scratch-proof and UV-protected ceramic case, the dial incorporates large Chromalight hour markers and hands, filled with a long-lasting blue glow to allow readability in low-lit conditions. The Autavia, the legendary driver’s chronograph created by Jack Heuer in the 1960s, is making a comeback in 2017 for the 55th anniversary. Faithful to its roots, the new Autavia still channels the spirit of the golden age of motor racing. As innovative as the original, this contemporary model is the result of a participative campaign called the “Autavia Cup” run in 2016: from a choice of 16 vintage models, more than 55,000 web users voted for a reissue of the Autavia “Rindt” worn by the famous F1 driver Jochen Rindt. Chopard L.U.C Lunar One
The Lunar One has been considered the poster child of the L.U.C collection, being the brand’s first QP timepiece. This year, a new dial design boasts a 43mm platinum case with vertical satin-brushed flanks and bezel mirror-polish. The royal blue dial is finished with a sunburst pattern with markers perfectly legible thanks to the white font contrasted against the blue dial. Perhaps the most stunning element of the dial is the orbital moon phase display at the 6 o’clock seconds sub-dial.
