The day reserved for the press during Baselworld 2014 , which takes place in the city of Basel in Switzerland , between March 27 and April 3 , was busy. Patek Philippe Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph (Ref. 5990/1A-001 ) brings the same features of the original watch , 1976 .
