Best of Art Basel Miami Beach 2016 – The Art Basel Miami Beach crowd at Faena helped Madonna raise some $7.5 million for Raising Malawi, which helps orphans in the southeastern African country.
Jon Bon Jovi also performed at Faena, and Rick Ross and Nas performed at Rockwell on Washington Avenue in South Beach. Kendall Jenner, Venus Williams, Manziel, Flo Rida and Michael Strahan were also among the celebrities at Rockwell this week.

Komodo in Brickell was also a hot spot. Jenner and Leonardo DiCaprio were seen separately at Komodo and E11even in downtown. Jenner was with A$AP Rocky, and DiCaprio was with Nina Agdal.
Princess Nokia, Katie Holmes, Martha Stewart, Bethenny Frankel, Tyson Beckford, Wilmer Valderrama, James Corden, Emily Ratajkowski, Rosario Dawson and Sarah Jessica Parker also attended events in Miami.
Nicholas Baume was inspired on David Bowie for “Ground Control” across from the Bass Museum of Art in Miami Beach. Drag queen DJ Lady Bunny also performed.
The exhibit included “Stretch, Grill and Chill” a limousine installation by Rob Pruitt. Swiss curator Philipp Kaiser will be curating next year’s exhibit at the park.
Philanthropist and art collector Estrellita Brodsky curated “Julio Le Parc: Form into Action.” It will be on exhibit until March.
The massive sculpture by Thomas Bayrle took over the Atrium Gallery. The “One Day on Success Street” show will be on exhibit at 4040 NE 2nd Ave. until March 26.
Philippe Malouin, who designs everything from lamps and clothing hangers to chairs and bowls, set up his Speed of Light, a moving sculpture with the help of Johan King at 140 NE 39 St., in Miami’s Design District.

Before moving to Allapattah, The Rubell Family Collection’s last exhibits in Wynwood are “Video Art in Latin America: Selections from Brazil” by the Getty Research Institute, “New Shamans” and “High Anxiety.”
Their Wynwood location is open from 10 a.m. to Saturday from Wednesday to Saturday at 95 NW 29 St. Tickets are $10 or $5 for students.
