From December 4^th till 7^th, get ready to see the most impressive artists and exibhitions in Miami – Art Basel  is coming.

Art Basel Miami Beach will draw more than 70,000 art dealers, artists, and art collectors to Miami Convention Center comprising 192 of the world’s leading galleries. In plus of all this fever, you will still find over 15 satellite fairs and plenty to enjoy at all parties and events throughout.

WHAT NOT TO MISS on THIS YEAR ART BASEL

. This year will be marked by the launching of the NEW Survey sector. It will be dedicated to precise art-historical projects ranging from solo shows to thematic exhibitions.

. Editions premieres this year will feature leading publishers of edition works and prints. Works on display include paintings, sculpture, drawings, photography, instalations, film, video and digital art.

. Nova exhibits that will feature new cutting edge works, while Kabinett will focus on a solo work of an artist or a themed group exhibition.

. Pérez Art Museum Miami will present the work of Mario Garcia Torres

. Wolfsonian at FIU will feature “Myth and Machine: The First World War in Visual Culture”

. Bass Museum of Art. Will exibhit  “One Way: Peter Marino”

. Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden will held a composition of Glass sculptures by renowned artist Dale Chihuly.

. The Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum at FIU hosts a Breakfast in the Park event where you will find all the art enthusiasts, collectors, gallery owners and artists that come to the city during this days.

. Additionally, the Lowe Art Museum, MDC Museum of Art + Design, Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami, Jewish Museum of Florida and Vizcaya Museum & Gardens will all host special events and exhibitions during this period.

WHAT NOT MISS ON THE SURROUNDINGS

. Design Miami, will also be opening its doors from 4^th to 7^th Dec. don’t miss the chance to see the best collectible design. This year to celebrate the 10^th anniversary, it will be in exhibition an expanded program focused in 20th and 21st century design.

. The New World Center’s Soundscape Park is an exciting outdoor venue that will play video art under the stars on an enormous wall designed by Frank Gehry.
