Portuguese hand painted tiles are a legacy with centuries of history and they’ve gained a privileged place in architecture throughout the years. Seen as a cultural landmark, Portuguese tiles honor the country’s history and, to be a part of it, Boca do Lobo designed the Heritage line. With each tile hand painted, a small image in the bigger picture that tells a story, the goal is to keep them alive, sparking a flare in the spectator.
Heritage is an elegant line to compliment the decoration of any interior setting. A highly coveted ensemble of hand painted tiles like those of an expertly curated art collection bring together master artisans and craftsmen for Boca do Lobo’s Heritage. A fair homage to iconic places like São Bento Station, Santa Catarina Chapel and Carmo Church.
Desire is the best word to describe the Garden of Eden. A fire that burns every single day without stopping and that inspired one of most Boca do Lobo’s iconic piece – Eden center table. This furniture work represents a part of the tree of knowledge and the tale of the birth of desire.
Fully made of polished casted brass, with a delicately engraved top exposing the heart of a golden tree to the very heart of a home, it is impossible not falling in love by the secrets this decorative item whispers. The Eden coffee table isn’t quite like anything seen before.
Sin can be an amazing detail for contemporary scenarios.
From the legend born in the depths of Sherwood Forest, Robin Mirror embodies the strength and character of noble ages, giving them a modern approach.
By honoring the history of one of the best archers in English literature, this exquisite piece was given a strong visual texture through the use of handmade nails, each one unique in their finishing, size and character.
The fish-eye mirror is supported by a brass structure that turns Robin into one of the most emblematic pieces of the entire collection.
Soon Boca do Lobo will reveal new designs that are going to be presented at the beginning of the year. Design Limited reveals an exclusive sketch from the design team.
